As excited as I am to participate, I’m super excited to bring you this lesson.
Plug N Play Blues
The deeper I go in blues, the more I notice patterns, frameworks and the common threads that ties all blues music together. Armed with just a few basic chord progressions, MicroLicks and turnarounds, you can truly accomplish a great deal in the blues.
In this lesson, we’ll kick off our study of Plug N Play Blues by building a swinging Texas blues progression in E. For now, we’ll concentrate one sequencing the 3 main parts to this tune.
But be sure to follow this lesson series, because the next steps are where things really get interesting.
We’ll take a handful of super easy to learn MicroLicks and spice up this little number.
See you in Video #2!
